THE SPA IS OPEN
Fraser Health inspected the hot tub today and we passedinspection. A big thank you to the Spa Committee (Wayne
Bernard, Garry Jackson, and Jack Van Dyck) for their
preliminary investigation and testing, Jonathan from Steele
Pool Services for his Consulting, Brian Chapman (for
skimmer repairs and sand filter valve replacement), and Chris
(for repair assistance and chemical balancing).

Thank you to all Owners who attended the Special General Meeting August 8 and exercised their vote either in person or by proxy. There were 85 owners represented. The Special Resolution #1 – Special Levy (Garage Door Repairs/Replacement, Tree Removals, & Fence Repairs/Replacement) passed with an 85% approval (72 In Favour, 13 Opposed).
